Therefore, the Eagle is particularly suitable for dynamic and intensive yoga styles, such as Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, but also for Hatha and Yin. The underside of natural rubber and cork provides a stable base during your practice. Then we recommend a mat with a different PIERRE mat instead. ### Maintenance If necessary, wipe the mat clean with a soft cloth and a mixture of 3/4 water and 1/4 vinegar. Then wipe dry and let the mat air dry.
