The Lion yoga mat is 6mm thick and offers extra comfort and cushioning during your practice. The natural cork top layer feels pleasant and provides a stable grip, while the natural latex bottom ensures a good base. For quiet and restorative moments, simply place the wool yoga mat cover on top of the mat. The combination of European Merino wool and cotton feels warm and soft and is ideal for Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, meditation, and Savasana. Four elastic straps keep the cover in place. The set also includes two yoga blocks made from 100% natural Portuguese cork. Use them to create extra support and stability, make poses more accessible, or refine your alignment.
