The 6 mm thick mat offers comfortable support for knees and joints, while the warm, natural cork surface feels pleasant to the touch. The grip strengthens as the surface becomes slightly damp, making the mat particularly suitable for dynamic and intensive practices. The underside, made of 5.4 mm natural latex, provides a stable base. The mat comes with a carrying strap, making it easy to take to the studio. - Material: natural Portuguese cork & natural latex - Thickness: 6 mm - Dimensions: 183 × 65 × 0.6 cm - Weight: 1.8 kg - Includes: carrying strap ### Why cork? Cork is a natural European material with a warm, pleasant texture. It is durable, lightweight, and easy to maintain, and naturally possesses antimicrobial properties. Good to know: cork offers the best grip with slightly damp hands and feet. If you naturally have very dry hands or feet, another PIERRE mat might be more suitable. ### Maintenance For daily maintenance, a soft, damp cloth is sufficient. For more intensive use, you can clean the mat with a mixture of 3/4 water and 1/4 vinegar. Then wipe dry with a towel and let the mat air dry completely.
