Our 1 cm thick Pilates mat combines a soft, comfortable surface with the stability you need during Pilates, fitness, and floor exercises. The extra thickness provides pleasant cushioning and more comfort for knees, joints, and other pressure points, while the surface remains firm enough for controlled movements.

The combination of cork and EVA foam rubber gives the mat a pleasant grip and a natural, warm feel. The brown design top layer also ensures a timeless look that fits beautifully in both studios and homes.

The mat is easy to maintain and simple to clean after use. Thanks to the integrated hanging holes, you can also easily hang it in your studio, allowing it to air out well between sessions.

Maintenance: Hang the mat after use so it can air out and dry. Clean if necessary with a clean cloth and a suitable mat cleaner.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Not suitable for washing machine or tumble dryer. Keep the mat away from sharp objects.
