Our mission started with a simple idea: to elevate your mindful practice through unparalleled comfort and the purity of natural materials. Today, that vision lives through our European-made, sustainable yoga and meditation tools.

However, we know that while a great yoga prop can support your body, a new experience is what moves your soul. This is why we’ve teamed up with The Growth Club. Founded by Kimi and Neil—friends we met at a yoga festival in Austria back in 2021—this partnership is about more than just yoga mats; it’s about offering you the experiences you need to deepen your mindful practice and embrace personal growth. After a successful first edition in Costa Rica, now we are heading to Austria, to find inner peace in a hidden gem called ‘der Baum’ (meaning in German: ‘the tree’) surrounded by forests, hills & lakes.”

Each day has a shape. This is an example of how it flows. The specifics change day to day depending on the group, the weather, and what the mountains offer. The balance between movement and stillness stays constant.

    Silence. No phones. The day starts before words do.

    Yoga with Neil or Kimi
    Breath, mobility, and waking the body up with intention.
  • Mid-Day
    Trail running or mountain hiking
    Guided by Neil and Kimi, at a pace that works for the group.
  • Afternoon
    Outdoor activities and exploration
    Lake swimming, nature walks, time to breathe. No agenda.
  • Evening
    Shared meals and guided reflection
    Organic and vegan. Parts of some meals, brunch or dinner, are eaten in silence together.

THE VENUE

Der Baum is already a Pierre Sports partner — all yoga classes at the retreat are held on our customised cork yoga mats.

Accommodation

Tiny Houses and rooms in the main house. Small, considered, close to nature.

Yoga meadow

An open-air grass meadow for morning practice. When the weather allows, we take it outside.

Fireplace

A dedicated fire pit for evenings. Weather permitting, we'll gather around a campfire. The kind of space where conversations happen without trying.

Sauna house

A dedicated sauna facility on site. Available at an extra cost, not included in the retreat price.

Pond

A natural pond in the grounds. Quiet, still, and there whenever you need a moment outside.

Yoga dome

A beautiful circular timber dome for indoor sessions, reflection, and evening practice.

Neil & Kim

Neil

Movement & Performance Coach


"Nutrition, movement, habit. Build the foundation right, and the rest follows. What happens on the mat, at the table, in your body, that's where it becomes real."


Neil brings a background in nutrition science, sport science, yoga, and habit change. His approach is rooted in one principle: consistency over intensity. He teaches from lived experience, not just a curriculum. Past participants describe him as uplifting, knowledgeable, and genuinely curious about the people in front of him. He's the kind of coach who'll remember what you said on Monday and check in on Wednesday.

Kimi

Yoga & Movement Teacher


"I've been moving since before I could explain why. What I've learned is that the body knows more than we give it credit for. I'm here to create the space for that."


Kimi brings a background in ballet, contemporary dance, and yoga, built up since childhood and deepened over years of practice. Her approach is holistic by nature: movement exploration, mobility, meditation, and relaxation woven into one. Trauma-informed by training, calm and understanding in the room. She teaches from where you are, not where you think you should be. Participants describe her as someone who makes you feel genuinely looked after from the moment you arrive.
