Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Pierre Sports will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays such as a result of remote delivery locations.
Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping and we do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Within Europe, we offer free shipping for orders over €75 and ask a flat rate of €6.99 for orders under €75. If your order needs to be shipped outside Europe, you will be responsible for paying eventual additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further info.
We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 PM (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that.
In case you wish to cancel your order but the order has already been dispatched, you are required to receive it. The cancellation is not valid until it has been confirmed by Pierre Sports by email. If a product has been discontinued or is out of stock, Pierre Sports has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer.
