Yin Yoga Teacher Training: A Week to Deepen, Study, and Return to Stillness
From 5 to 12 April 2026, we gather at Alaya Retreat Centre in Spain for a dedicated week of Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
This is not simply a training.
It is a pause.
A return to the quieter dimensions of practice.
In a world that moves quickly, Yin invites us to slow down. To listen. To stay. To feel what unfolds when we soften instead of pushing.
Why Yin?
Yin Yoga offers something increasingly rare — time.
Time in each posture.
Time with the breath.
Time to observe sensation without urgency.
For teachers, Yin deepens your ability to guide others with clarity and steadiness.
For committed practitioners, it refines your understanding from the inside out.
This week is designed for both those wishing to teach and those longing to explore the practice more fully.
A Thoughtful Collaboration
This training is organised in collaboration with Daphné, founder of Serenityoga.
Her approach balances structure and sensitivity — integrating meridian theory, functional anatomy, energetic awareness, and embodied experience. The learning environment she creates is both grounded and deeply human.
Participants will explore:
- The foundations of Yin postures
- Intelligent sequencing
- Meridian lines and energetic pathways
- The art of guiding others with presence
- Philosophy and the subtler dimensions of practice
Each day unfolds with rhythm — structured study balanced with spacious integration.
(Please note: the training will be conducted entirely in French.)
